OUR STORY
Whisky appreciation is an experience like no other. The journey starts with the whisky of your choice and your close friends. Sharing stories while the water of life travels through our senses create a special and memorable bond that keeps us coming back for more. No matter where you are in your journey, whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or connoisseur, whisky challenges your palate in a way that no other spirit can. The complexity and layers of flavors grab us by the hand and take us to a place we can all enjoy and remember.
The origin of the Whisky Knights Tasting Experience goes back to June of 2013 when the Whisky Knights Tasting Club was created in Atlanta with the goal of enjoying and expanding the knowledge about multiple categories of whisky. Now the mission is to bring that same experience to people’s homes or desired venues and allow them to gather with friends or colleagues in a classy experience.
The tasting club was in the 2018 spring edition of Whisky Advocate Magazine.
Our Mission
My mission is to provide a great educational and entertaining experience to my clients by guiding the tasting experience. All alcohol purchases must be made by the client/host-based on my guidance upon request.
Whether you are looking to celebrate a special occasion with friends at your home or host a corporate event at your desired location in Atlanta you and your guest will learn and enjoy whisky through a fun tasting experience.

Our Coat of Arms has four sections:
- The Two Strands of Barley. Representing the essential grain in whisky making that triggers the enzymes to start the conversion process from starch to fermentable sugars giving a special character to a great spirit.
- Our Tasting Club Initials. A reminder that we belong to a special group of people that learn, relax and have fun.
- The Lions Rampant. Symbol of strength and power to move forward and conquer.
- The Motto. Aqua vitae Pro Omnibus which means “Water of Life (a.k.a. Whisky) for All” in Latin.

- A Content and Context Driven Experience. A great whisky tasting starts with a establishing the right context in history, provenance, and stories behind the people that made the water of life.
- Flexible and tailored to your needs. Not being bounded by any particular brand, location or product category (i.e. Bourbon, Scotch) gives us the flexibility to make your event more personal and enjoyable. We are not selling any products, or tied to any distillery or association.
- Group Gathering. Whether you want to celebrate with a whisky party or just want to gather with friends to catch up on life through a private whisky tasting, we are here in Atlanta to provide you with the right atmosphere to make this a memorable experience.
- Fun and Educational Experience. Finally, it’s our goal is to make your experience fun, memorable and at the same time educational. At the end of the tasting you will learn something new and interesting about a product category or particular whisky.
