Breckenridge 105 Blended Bourbon.
This Blended Bourbon is known for its high rye mash bill (58% corn, 36% rye, 6% malted barley) that delivers a delicious balance of honey, butterscotch, and white pepper.
Breckenridge 105 has the same mash bill as Breckenridge Bourbon but differ only in the proof level (105°/51.2% ABV vs. 92°/46% ABV)
After distillation, the bourbon is aged in American Oak with char level 3, which lasts about 35 seconds and develops spicy wood flavors, with caramel and vanilla notes.
Awards:
- 4x winner of Best American Blended (2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019) from the World Whiskies Awards.

Palate: Toasted oak, vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, and caramel.
Finish: Long with oak, caramel, and cinnamon.
Conclusion:
Breckenridge 105 Blended Bourbon achieves a good balance between sweet and spicy flavors. The higher proof of 105° makes the experience much more intense and engaging when compared to that of the original bourbon at 92° proof.
