Why is alcohol not provided by the tasting instructor?
My mission is to entertain and provide education about whisky, sale of alcohol requires an alcohol license. However, I can help you select whiskies for your tasting upon request.
When is payment due?
Payment will be due and demandable TEN (10) days prior to the event date.
Will I be able to add more people to the tasting after I have made my payment?
Final guest count is due SEVEN (7) days prior to the event date. Any additional guests after the stated period are subject to extra charges. To make the experience more enjoyable I recommend keeping the party small (12) or less than 25 participants.
If I cancel the tasting, will I get refunded?
Payments are returned in full if the event is canceled by the CLIENT, the venue, or by an act of God, 15 days or more, from the event date.
If the event is canceled fifteen (15) days of the event date, all deposits and prepayments are forfeited in full.
What happens if I need to change the event date or venue?
I will apply the entire balance of CLIENT’s deposits and prepayments, towards another event, subject to availability. All costs are subject to change.
Will I need to provide glassware for the tasting?
No, I will bring the tasting glasses to your tasting.
Is there a document that specifies the price and terms of the tasting?
Yes, the CLIENT will sign the client agreement and participants must fill out a waiver prior to the tasting.
